- Universal Matrimonial experts visit the client’s residence or workplace with prior appointment in Delhi- NCR on company’s cost and outstation on client’s cost.
- Our Representative collects needful documents, fill the Forms, and take all necessary details
- The bio data of the candidate is designed by the assigned Relationship Manager (Minimum 3 years experienced in match-making).
- Once the client approves the presentation of the bio-data, it is added to our database.
- Assigned RM suggests suitable profiles depending upon the criteria and preferences specified by the client to the Universal Matrimonial team.
- After approval from both the families, RM will coordinate the families / candidate’s meetings.
- Relationship Manager provides regular update to the clients.
- Personalize Service’s validation for one and half year.
